Victor and his family are originally from Mexico, but he grew up in Burlington, MA. He attended University of Massachusetts Lowell to complete both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Victor has been passionate about tutoring for the past seven years, focusing primarily on mathematics, chemistry, and physics at the high school and undergraduate level.

Throughout his career, Victor has developed a deep understanding of these subjects through peer tutoring at UMass Lowell. Victor has developed a strong ability to make complex concepts more understandable and engaging. His approach is student-oriented, aiming to build confidence and foster a genuine interest in the material. He believes that every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance and support.

Victor has the most experience tutoring in mathematics. Victor covers a wide range of topics from algebra and calculus to more advanced subjects like differential equations and linear algebra. For chemistry, he tutored at the undergraduate level in the fundamental courses of chemistry I and II. In physics, Victor’s research at UMass Lowell focused on radar theory and so he has a strong understanding of mechanics and electromagnetics.

Additionally, Victor has a strong interest in sports outside of work along with reading macroeconomics and business books.

Victor strives to create a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their difficulties. Ultimately, his goal is to make the learning environment more fun and energetic, enhancing students’ academic abilities.
