For more than 7 years, Nick Champagne has been a tutor and a classroom and special education teacher in various public school districts in Massachusetts. He currently works in the Lexington Public Schools. Nick is licensed as a special educator of students with learning challenges across all levels. He also teaches all levels through AP history and English in grades 1-12. Throughout his career, Nick has been tasked with creating lessons and activities to help students at all levels engage with challenging curriculum in a way that is meaningful for them. One of Nick’s primary goals as an educator is to always provide a high level of comfort for his students. Nick puts a high level of priority on developing genuine connections with students to help them to reach this level of comfort and confidence in themselves and in their relationship with teachers. Nick enjoys exercising, sports (Go Red Sox!), being outside, and reading. He has been a bit of a non-fiction junkie (thanks to his history background), but has recently gotten into reading novels, specifically psychological thrillers!
