Linna Ferreira brings over a decade of experience in financial aid, working with students across all levels of higher education from community colleges to public and private universities to graduate programs. With deep knowledge of the evolving landscape of college financing, she is passionate about helping students make informed financial decisions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a concentration in statistics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a master’s degree in higher education in student affairs from Salem State University.

Her extensive background in financial aid has shaped her academic philosophy of guiding students to connect their personal goals and experiences with their educational responsibilities. She loves guiding students through financial processes like FAFSA, CSS Profile, and scholarship searches while promoting confidence in financial literacy. Having worked with diverse student populations, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the college journey from the first application to graduation and beyond.

Outside of work, Linna is exploring new places, trying new foods, or planning her next trip. She hopes to visit every country someday but for now, she’s happily grounded in Boston with her four amazing cats!
