With school closures around the country due to COVID-19, stress can run high. Managing student anxiety, as well as your own, is an important step in making the best of the current situation. However, many parents feel intimidated by this. Where do you begin when so much has changed?

Our Director of Academics Jason Breitkopf sat down with Dr. Dan Keating to discuss this pressing topic, and what you can do. Dr. Keating is a professor of psychology at the University of Michigan. He specializes in adolescent development and has also done research on stress and resilience.
