Below are the official time limits for each ACT® section. Be sure to adhere to them for the most accurate score.

- You will need a calculator, scrap paper and a quiet place to work.
- Adhere to the time limit for each section. Breaks should be timed as well.
- Do not move to the next section until the timer runs out on the section you are working on.
